What it’s like to work here

Honest expectations

We’re not going to pretend this is easy work. Social media strategy requires thinking, testing and adjusting. Some clients will be easier to work with than others. Some campaigns will perform better than expected, others won’t hit the mark.

What we can promise is that you’ll have the support and autonomy to do your best work. We care about outcomes, not about micromanaging how you get there.

Sustainable pace

We don’t glorify working weekends or answering emails at midnight. We build realistic timelines, set proper expectations with clients, and protect our team’s capacity to think strategically rather than constantly react.

When we’re slammed, we’ll tell you. When we need to push, we’ll push together. But burnout isn’t a badge of honour here.

Growth through doing

You’ll get real responsibility from day one. We’re too small for roles that are 90% busy work. You’ll work directly with clients, shape strategy, create content and see the impact of your work.

We invest in learning, whether that’s courses, conferences or just time to experiment and test new approaches. If you want to get better at this work, you’ll have the space to do it.

Remote-first

We’re built for remote work. Most of our team works from home, coffee shops or wherever they’re most productive. We use Slack and video calls to stay connected, but we’re not recreating office culture digitally.

We do meet up quarterly for in-person planning sessions. Those few days together matter more because they’re intentional, not mandatory daily face time.
