SocialXpresso is a social media agency that works exclusively with small and medium-sized businesses. We handle strategy, content creation, community management and performance analytics, so business owners can focus on running their businesses instead of feeding an algorithm.
We started in 2016 with one belief: social media is too important to leave to generalists. Since then, we’ve helped more than 300 businesses build an engaged, loyal audience that actually converts.

2026: Service expansion. Based on direct client feedback, we’ve expanded our strategic communications offering to include reputation management and proactive media-relations support for small-business clients. This extends our social strategy work into the broader communications landscape, which many clients were asking about.
2025: 200+ businesses served. We crossed 300 active and past clients, all small to medium businesses. The common thread across every successful engagement has been the same: clear strategy, consistent execution and honest measurement of what’s actually working.
2016: Agency founded. SocialXpresso opened with a straightforward premise: businesses deserve a social media partner that specializes in social media. Not a full-service agency where social is one of a dozen offerings. That focus shapes every decision we still make today.
